nanoGroove Device ID

The nanoGroove Device ID is used to uniquely identify your device. If you decide to buy an unlock code, we need your Device ID to generate an unlock code for you. A Device ID is always 8 characters in length and contains characters in the range of 0-9 and A-F. (e.g. 4FA389BC).

You can find your Device ID by starting the nanoGroove application on your phone and navigating to the About screen:

It's important that you enter the Device ID correctly while ordering an unlock code. Failing to do so will generate an unlock code that won't work with your device!
